OPTM Physical Therapy of Saratoga is located at the corner of Saratoga Avenue and Cox Avenue on the same side of the street as Gene's Quito Market. We are in the Saratoga Office Center, Building 12900A. It is the first suite inside next to Intero Real Estate and our clinic windows face Saratoga Avenue.

From Hwy. 85 SOUTH (From Cupertino, Los Altos, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale)

1. Take the Saratoga Avenue exit.
2. Turn left (East) onto Saratoga Avenue.
3. Drive ¼ mile and turn right into the Saratoga Office Center driveway just before Cox Avenue.
4. Make an immediate left once you cross the driveway. We are located at 12900 Saratoga Avenue, Suite A-1 in the front corner suite of the building next to Intero Real Estate, facing Saratoga Avenue.

From Hwy. 85 NORTH (From Almaden Valley, Los Gatos and South San Jose)

1. Take the Saratoga Avenue exit.
2. Turn right (East) onto Saratoga Avenue.
3. Drive ¼ mile and turn right into the Saratoga Office Center driveway just before Cox Avenue.
4. Make an immediate left once you cross the driveway. We are located at 12900 Saratoga Avenue, Suite A-1 in the front corner suite of the building next to Intero Real Estate, facing Saratoga Avenue.

From Hwy. 280 SOUTH (From Cupertino, Los Altos, Mountain View, Palo, Alto, Sunnyvale, San Francisco)

1. Take Hwy. 280 South to Hwy. 85 South (see directions listed above from Hwy. 85 SOUTH).

1. Take the Lawrence Expressway exit towards Saratoga.
2. Turn right onto Saratoga Avenue.
3. Travel 1 mile to the Cox Avenue and Saratoga Avenue intersection.
4. Turn left on Cox Avenue and right into the first driveway into the Saratoga Office Center, Building 12900A.
5. Make an immediate right once you cross the driveway. We are located at 12900 Saratoga Avenue, Suite A-1 in the front corner suite of the building next to Intero Real Estate, facing Saratoga Ave.

From Hwy. 680 SOUTH and Hwy. 280 NORTH (From the East Bay and Downtown San Jose)

1. Take Hwy. 680 SOUTH (Hwy. 680 SOUTH turns into Hwy. 280 NORTH in the downtown San Jose area).
2. Continue on Hwy. 280 NORTH.
3. Take the Saratoga Avenue (NORTH) exit towards Saratoga.
4. Travel 3 miles to the Saratoga Avenue and Cox Avenue and intersection.
5. Turn left on Cox Ave and right into the first driveway into the Saratoga Office Center, Building 12900A.
6. Make an immediate right once you cross the driveway. We are located at 12900 Saratoga Avenue, Suite A-1 in the front corner suite of the building next to Intero Real Estate, facing Saratoga Avenue.

From Westgate and El Paseo Shopping Center

1. Head west for 1 mile on Saratoga Avenue toward Hwy. 85.
2. Turn left on Cox Avenue and right into the first driveway into the Saratoga Office Center, Building 12900A.
3. Make an immediate right once you cross the driveway. We are located at 12900 Saratoga Avenue, Suite A-1 in the front corner suite of the building next to Intero Real Estate, facing Saratoga Avenue.

From Downtown Saratoga

1. Take Saratoga Avenue east toward Cox Avenue (¼ mile past Hwy. 85).
2. Turn right into the Saratoga Office Center driveway just before Cox Avenue.
3. Make an immediate left once you cross the driveway. We are located at 12900 Saratoga Avenue, Suite A-1 in the front corner suite of the building next to Intero Real Estate, facing Saratoga Avenue.
