As Director of the De Anza Force US Soccer Development Academy, we have been using OPTM Saratoga as our physical therapy provider. It has been an unbelievable benefit for our elite athletes and teams. Being able to have a cutting edge physical therapy facility to help rehab our athletes has been huge in our success. I have been to four different Physical therapy locations in the South Bay over the last 25 years and can confidently say this one was the best by far. I was treated for a frozen shoulder by Phillip for 12 sessions. He was always punctual to my appointments and, along with his support staff, treated me with the professionalism and competency one expects from a therapist. I never felt rushed and everyone helping me took all the time needed for me to complete my exercises. Needless to say, if I ever needed physical therapy again, I will go to OPTM Saratoga.

I was treated at OPTM Saratoga for 11 weeks following shoulder surgery. Ben, my therapist, was fantastic. He started me off with massaging and range-of-motion work, being sensitive to my pain and limitations but continually pushing for progress. We gradually transitioned to strengthening exercises as my shoulder improved. By the end, I had made much more progress than my orthopedist expected. Throughout the process, Ben gave me clear instructions for home exercises, as well as ongoing encouragement to help me during the lengthy recovery. I especially appreciated his cheerful, positive motivation and banter -- it made the sessions much more enjoyable!

I came into OPTM Saratoga after an extremely bad experience at another PT place and was in bad shape. Todd immediately targeted the areas that were sore and gave me stretches to do at home. After 6 sessions with Todd, I was back playing ultimate frisbee again, which was my goal coming into OPTM. Todd really listened to what I was saying and reacted with great knowledge which made me recover fast.

I felt Robert knew exactly how much and where to push my recovery after my 3rd hip surgery. He was always challenging me to move forward in a comfortable, consistent manner. His demeanor was always professional and friendly, and he has excellent listening skills. Robert seems to revel in the difficult, intractable situations. Unraveling a complex physical puzzle is where he excels. I have been to several physical therapists and Robert stands more than head and shoulders above them all.

I have had a successful and rewarding physical therapy experience at OPTM, when they treated me for one frozen shoulder and two torn rotator cuff surgeries. Following sequential foot surgeries, my surgeon at the SOAR clinic insisted that I work with Fabrice Rockich at OPTM Physical Therapy of Saratoga for physical therapy. As a field biologist I regularly have to hike long distances over rough terrain, and so nothing less than a full recovery was both personally and professionally essential. Working with Fabrice has been an exceptional experience. He painstaking analyzed and corrected my gait, tailored exercises to increase my strength and flexibility, and provided insight and guidance as I navigated a lengthy recovery.
